Umbra: Got any info on Iris?
Pryna: I believe somebody's been getting more and more eager to jump straight into it...
Umbra: I'm sure everyone knows this already, but Iris' brother is Gladio. That huge bird tattoo of his really stands out!
Pryna: Only once he steeled his resolve as the King's Shield did he receive the customary Amicitia tattoo. His father Clarus should have the same tattoo as well.
Umbra: Why a bird?
Pryna: According to one theory, the tattoo originates from Enkidu—Shield of the Founder King Gilgamesh's winged companion—leaving behind the tradition of drawing a bird in flight adorned with the same wings. It could very well be a show of respect, a tribute to Gilgamesh said to be the strongest King's Shield.
